These terms govern your use of elinelondon.com and any order you place with us. By using the site or ordering from us, you accept them. Please read them carefully.

Using our site
You may browse and shop for your own personal, non-commercial use. You agree not to interfere with the site, attempt to access it without authorisation, use it for anything unlawful, or scrape or reproduce our content for commercial purposes.
You must be at least 18 to place an order.
Products and descriptions
We work hard to describe our bags accurately and to photograph them in natural daylight without heavy editing. Even so, colours can appear differently on different screens, and small variations in texture and grain are normal in the materials we use. Measurements are listed on each product page and are accurate to within a small tolerance.
We may change or discontinue any product at any time.
Orders and pricing
Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive an order confirmation.
All prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order — for example where an item is out of stock, where a price has been listed in error, or where we suspect fraud. If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll receive a full refund.
Promotional codes cannot be used together unless we say so, have no cash value and may be withdrawn at any time.
Intellectual property
All content on this site — including product photography, text, designs, logos and the Eline London name — belongs to us or our licensors. You may not use it without our written permission.
Reviews and content you submit
If you send us a photo or review, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use it in our marketing. You confirm that the content is yours to share and doesn't infringe anyone else's rights. We may remove content that is offensive, misleading or unlawful.
Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
We aim to keep the site available at all times but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The version in force when you place your order is the one that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and disputes fall to the courts of England and Wales. If you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may bring proceedings in your own jurisdiction.
